These terms govern your use of the website wavestream.studio. They do not govern use of the Wavestream Studio playout engine or the Web Studio panel — access to those is granted only under a separate written agreement.

Who operates this site

The site is operated by Wavestream Patryk Szczepański, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland (CEIDG), ul. Willowa 6M/2, 05-090 Falenty Nowe, NIP 7162785420, email contact@wavestream.pl. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

What this site is

The site presents information about a broadcast playout engine. Nothing is sold, ordered or paid for here, and no account is created. The technical parameters, features and deployment options described here are informational and may change as the product develops.

The content of this site is not an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 § 1 of the Polish Civil Code. It is an invitation to enter into negotiations.

Technical requirements

To use the site you need a device with internet access and a current web browser with JavaScript enabled. No installation or registration is required.

Using the site

You agree not to:

  • use the site for any unlawful purpose;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server or any connected system;
  • interfere with the availability of the site, including through automated load or scraping at scale;
  • copy the site's content or design for commercial use without written permission.

Intellectual property

The Wavestream name and logo, the site's content, layout and source code, the software described here and all related documentation remain the property of Wavestream Patryk Szczepański or its licensors, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Third-party names such as GStreamer, NVIDIA, MongoDB or YouTube belong to their respective owners and are used here only to describe technical compatibility.

Liability

The site is made available as is. We take care to keep its content accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or free of error, and we are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of information published here. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under Polish law, including liability for damage caused intentionally.

Liability arising from any actual deployment of the software is governed by the relevant agreement, not here.

Anything concerning how the site works can be reported to contact@wavestream.pl. We answer within 14 days of receipt.

These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. For users who are not consumers, disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction over the operator's registered place of business. For consumers, jurisdiction follows the generally applicable rules, and nothing here limits the consumer rights granted by mandatory provisions of law.
